The best way to reach me is to call the office or email me directly. I arrange for 10-15 minute phone consultations to make sure your interests and my offerings match. I am happy to provide referrals to other providers should you need alternate care based on your situation.

Tuesdays: 10am to 4pm

Wednesdays: 11am to 7pm

Thursdays: 10am to 4pm

Fridays: 9am to 3pm

I meet with patients via tele-health or in person. My office is located in the Cherry Creek/Glendale area of Denver at 3955 E. Exposition Ave. - Suite 202-A. The cross street is Colorado Blvd. There is free parking outside the building. There is an elevator.

I am an in-network provider with: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon, Cigna, and Meritain, United/Optum, and UMR. My credentialing is pending with: First Health/Denver Health Medical Plan. I am NOT able to see patients with Medicaid or Medicare.

If I am out-of-network with your insurance, you may self-pay (inquire about rates) and I can provide you with documentation in order to get reimbursed through your insurance. I encourage new patients to confirm their benefits and also be aware of their coverage including deductible amount and type of plan (PPO, high-deductible etc.)

You will be asked to establish an account with either Alma or Headway, which will handle insurance billing. You will need to keep a credit card on file.
